Following extensive studies to ascertain the optimum arrangement for a 300 key hotel, the proposal will create a sky bar and lobby space with fantastic views across the Olympic Park and the emerging East London cityscape.
We originally conceived the potential for de-velopment in this location over a dozen years ago when we future proofed the site with large pad foundations, beneath the retail centre, ca-pable of receiving the main lift and stair core construction at a time when future develop-ment becomes a viable proposition.
