As part of a consortium of hotel operators collaborating in the enabling arrangements for each to occupy one of several building blocks envisaged within the master plan, our client tasked us to submit appropriate information to clarify the modifications to the Outline approval Moxy require in order to utilise their prefabricated Cross Laminated Timber (CLT) room module system.
This exercise consisted of producing a new scheme design proposal, planning the hotel interior in accordance with the Moxy brief and a Planning submission to the London Borough of Newham.
