Chris Sutton held responsibility for the design and planning submission of this mixed use scheme. Sedley Place is a mixed-use development facing Oxford Street and connects to the quieter side streets to New Bond Street. The scheme includes a flagship store for Boots the Chemist, retail kiosks that line the arcade, offices, restaurants, cafés, studios and apartments. The south-facing courtyard at the heart of the scheme is lined by an apartment building and office studio block.
