Chris Sutton held responsibility for the production of the planning submission of this controversial scheme, with OMA as designer.
It has brought back into use one of the capital’s most iconic buildings whilst providing high quality residential accommodation in landscaped grounds that complement and integrate into Holland Park and the surrounding area.
