Chris Sutton was Partner in charge of the collaboration with Renzo Piano Building Workshop’s teams in Paris and Genoa. The site is now a colourful, vibrant link between Bloomsbury and Covent Garden.
The project includes 109 luxury apartments, affordable homes and offices for creative industries such as Google, NBC Universal and Mindshare and won the British Council of Offices Best Building Award, all wrapped around a restaurant lined courtyard, making this a truly mixed-use scheme.
